Under the management of Eng. Alireza Soleimanzadeh, former CEO and shareholder of Iran Fan Industrial and Manufacturing Company, and backed by over three decades of active and pioneering presence in the industry, drawing upon the invaluable legacy of his late father, Mostafa Soleimanzadeh, the founder of industrial ventilation in Iran, the company began its official operations in 1965 under the trade name Iran Fan Industrial and Manufacturing Company.
In 2007, the company rebranded and continued its operations under the new trade name Mackesh and Dahesh Ventilation Systems, Registration No. 304875, having successfully obtained industrial property rights and trademark registration from the Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade.
To date, the company has achieved significant certifications, including the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certificate from NOBELCERTIFICATE, accredited by the EU accrediting body ASCB.CO.UK, as well as the prestigious International EMBA Executive Management Certificate from the TUV Certificate Institute in the UK, all backed by our highly experienced and dedicated team.

In this regard, and with due consideration to the construction, development, and equipping of factories, residential/commercial office towers, multi-story parking garages, banquet and sports halls, industrial kitchens, and hospital projects—all in compliance with the principles set forth by governmental and non-governmental project execution organizations, as well as the Iran Housing Foundation, and in full adherence to the National Building Regulations—and by leveraging our engineering design and manufacturing capabilities while taking into account all operational conditions, we offer the most optimal proposal after reviewing the client's requirements and aligning them with the latest international technical specifications from the most reputable manufacturers (Gebhardt Nicotra – Solyvent – Pitsan – Multifan – Comefri – Rosenberg – Siemens). Our proposals are supported by calculations carried out through Mech & Deh's proprietary software.
Furthermore, all our products undergo rigorous testing and inspection using state-of-the-art portable equipment—covering airflow, pressure, outlet velocity, noise level (dB), paint thickness, temperature, pulley alignment, and vibration analysis. Upon completion, a Dynamic Balancing Certificate and Technical Data Sheet are issued, which are compiled and delivered to our customers as the M&D Final Book. All our products come with a genuine warranty of 12 to 18 months, along with after-sales services for a period of 15 years.
