Cabinet-Mounted Fan

In places such as hospitals, restaurants, and residential complexes, the noise level (in decibels) of HVAC systems plays a critical role in selecting the appropriate ventilation system. Various methods are used to reduce noise in these systems, and one of the most efficient approaches for lowering fan noise is the use of a cabinet enclosure.

Cabinet-Mounted Fans are an excellent choice due to the acoustic insulation built into their walls, which effectively reduces the overall decibel level of the system. Additionally, these fans significantly lower maintenance costs by preventing dust ingress and water infiltration.

In situations where the air exiting the ventilation system—such as in laboratories and hospitals—or the air entering the system requires filtration, the necessary filters can be installed at the inlet or outlet openings of the fan.

In Cabinet-Mounted Fans, variable frequency drives (VFDs) can also be used to optimize energy consumption and control motor performance based on the required supply or exhaust airflow.
